The birth of Jane Austen
I had the privilege to work on a collaborative project with Reading Museum to celebrate the anniversary of the birth of Jane Austen.
During this project, I gathered first hand photographic reference by visiting Chawton House, where Jane lived in her last years, before attending briefing meeting every week to ensure the client was satisfied with the design progress of the information boards. These meetings involved creating live mock ups to justify my ideas and decisions. From this, I created a series of visuals using InDesign to meet client approval and production standards.
This project was extremely rewarding and a great opportunity for me to work in a collaborative environment. The information boards are now being displayed in Reading Museum’s Abbey Gatehouse.
