For this project, I was given the brief to design an app for the scenario ‘food waste and sustainability’. To address this challenge, I explored solutions to help restaurants track, manage, and repurpose surplus ingredients to reduce waste effectively. Through scenario research, comparator analysis, and creating user personas, I identified key opportunities to design a digital tool that actively supports restaurants in adopting more sustainable practices. The app aims to help restaurants minimize waste, optimize inventory and follow sustainability into daily operations.

Using Figma allowed me to prototype my app and use functional design systems to ensure the design was consistent throughout.
